GENERAL SANTOS CITY - With just a week left until the May 12 midterm elections, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan made a passionate plea to his supporters on Saturday, urging them to intensify their efforts in convincing more voters to choose him and his running mate, former Senator Bam Aquino, for a seat in the Senate.
