With its fifteenth group in the county, the charity aims to provide a safe space for men to discuss their mental wellbeing. As one of the areas with the highest attendance rates nationally, this expansion is a crucial step forward. By offering weekly meet-ups starting from 27 January, the group hopes to foster a sense of community and support for those struggling with mental health issues, promoting emotional wellbeing and stress management.
