Kuala Lumpur, May 8 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has stressed the importance of seamless coordination among all government ministries and agencies as Malaysia gears up to host the upcoming Asean Summit in Kuala Lumpur. The summit, slated for the end of the year, is anticipated to be a significant event on the regional calendar, requiring meticulous planning and execution.

Speaking at a recent event, Anwar emphasized that the success of the Asean Summit hinges on the ability of various government bodies to work together effectively. He urged for regular communication, information sharing, and collaborative decision-making to ensure that all aspects of the summit – from security and logistics to hospitality and cultural programs – are managed flawlessly.
