PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has firmly dismissed ongoing criticism and speculation surrounding recent rumours of his involvement in judicial appointments. In a statement delivered today, Anwar asserted that the matter has been definitively settled, emphasizing the independence and integrity of the judicial selection process.

The controversy arose from claims suggesting the Prime Minister exerted undue influence on the appointment of judges.
